Nexen Total Coverage Warranty

Nexen’s comprehensive warranty protects your tires in four different ways:

1. Coverage for defects in workmanship and materials

   All tires are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials and will be replaced free of charge for the initial warranty period – the first 2/32” of original usable tread life, or within 12 months of purchase, whichever comes first.

2. Mileage treadwear limited warranty

   Most Nexen tires feature a mileage warranty that protects against premature tread wear. Mileage varies by product; for specific mileage warranty information, click the Warranty tab on the tire’s product page.

3. Road hazard replacement program

   Many Nexen tires come with a warranty that protects against non-repairable damage from road hazards like potholes, road debris, and nails.

4. Free roadside assistance – flat tire change or tow service

   All Nexen tires sold after May 1, 2014 are eligible for free roadside assistance for 36 months from the date of purchase. If one of your Nexen tires goes flat, a qualified professional will install your spare tire or provide towing at no charge. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
